In one experiment, it predicted a damaging instability roughly 200 milliseconds before it emerged, then adjusted plasma conditions to prevent it.

German company becomes Europe’s first fully commercial orbital launch provider. Isar Aerospace successfully launched its two-stage Spectrum rocket into low-Earth orbit from Norway’s Andøya Spaceport. The German company is now the first fully commercial European launch-vehicle operator to reach orbit, moving ahead of several regional startups competing with institutional and foreign providers.
Travis Kalanick’s Atoms may be entering the robotaxi business. Atoms, the startup founded by former Uber CEO Travis Kalanick, is reportedly planning hiring and acquisitions to build a larger autonomous-vehicle business after raising a $1.7 billion round led by Andreessen Horowitz. The Financial Times reported that Atoms has discussed supplying robotaxi technology to Uber, which has also invested $100 million in the company.

A study of 624 gambling websites found that 86% of licensed British gambling sites appeared not to comply with GDPR requirements covering tracking and consent.
